The "Gear Pump Extruder Preformer" allows for the preparation of rubber materials for pressing with high speed and precision through the combination of a rubber extruder, a gear pump for rubber, and a preformer. It features synchronized operation of the gear pump and extruder, with feedback control of the extruder screw rotation based on the inlet pressure of the gear pump, and the cutter rotation speed can be set arbitrarily based on the product weight.
